Term 1 2012 started on Tuesday the 31/01/2012. We look forward to seeing you all back this term. If you are new to the swim school or have put of rebooking until the beginning or the term we still have plenty of spaces for term 1, so please drop in or give us a call on 845 4599.

January 2012 Holiday programme

Our holiday programme has started. These are running through to Friday the 27th of January. If you wish to join a holiday programme please call on 845-4599.

TBSS close down period over Christmas and New Year

Term 4 finishes on Friday the 23rd of December 2011.
We are closed between December the 24th and January the 9th. Phones will be cleared during this time so please call on 845 4599 and leave us a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Have a wonderful Christmas and New Year from all of us here at the Trent Bray Swim School.

Bookings for Term 1 2012 are now open. Term 1 starts on 31st January 2012 and ends on the 5th April 2012

Term 4 assessment week

Assessment week starts on Saturday the 3rd of December 2011. If you want to keep the same time and day for Term 1 2012 please rebook on or before your lesson in assessment week. New clients will be able to book in to classes on Monday the 12^th December 2011.

Term 4 2011

What a fantastic way to start of the last term of 2011 with the amazing efforts of the All Blacks. Congratulations guys, your hard work paid off.

Please note that term 4 is a very short term and assessment week will be upon us before we know it. With summer approaching rapidly please remember to supervise your children at all times if you are taking them to the beach or for a swim in a pool. Let’s have the safest summer we can.

World Cup Rugby – Go the mighty All Blacks :-)

Hello all,

This is just a quick reminder to all about the upcoming World Cup and any implications it may have on your swimming lessons.

Closed days

There will be no swimming Friday 9^th September. THE POOL WILL BE CLOSED FOR THE OPENING OF THE WORLD CUP
(please note on Saturday the 10^th and Sunday the 11^th following Friday the 9^th there will still be lessons as normal)
There will be no swimming on Sunday 25^th September THE POOL WILL BE CLOSED FOR AN EARLY START RUGBY MATCH

What happens to the car parks during the world cup

Parking on all the other days will be just the same as normal. You will not need any passes to get into the pool.
All the other games happen in the weekends and start at 8.30pm. TBSS has the use of the netball courts and our car park up to 1pm on Saturday and Sunday’s. Our lessons finish at 12.30 so parking will be just normal.

Please remember that everything will just run normal down at the swim school except for the two days we are shut down. All the other games are in the weekends and when there are no games on, most rugby fans will be off around the country watching the other games, so the traffic around the pool on week days will not be any different.

Chocolate Fish Fundraiser For Christchurch

Thank you to all who helped make our fundraiser a big success.

Congratulations to everyone, we raised $9055.00 which we sent off to the 2001 Red Cross Earthquake Canterbury Appeal. $5000.00 from the Trent Bray Swim School and $4055.00 extra was raised from the chocolate fish meet.

Thanks again to all those who gave their time during the meet. We had about 40 Volunteers who gave their time.
